Community Action Treatment Teams (CAT)

Community Action Treatment Team (CAT) is a multi-disciplinary clinical team that provides comprehensive, intensive community-based treatment to families with youth and young adults, ages 11 up to 21, who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to a mental health or co-occurring disorder and related complex issues for whom traditional services are not/have not been adequate.
