Behavioral Health Network (BNet)
  • BNet is a statewide network of behavioral health service providers who serve children, ages 5 to 19 years of age, who have a serious emotional disturbance, serious mental health or substance use disorder.
  • Eligible individuals are those who are eligible for the KidCare subsidy program under Title XXI and who are enrolled in the Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Title XXI Health Plan.
  • Referrals for BNet services can be made by the CMS Title XXI Health Plan, Florida Healthy Kids, parents, schools or other behavioral health community-based resources.
